Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?

Yes, and we love that you asked. A complimentary consultation is required before any laser or injectable treatment. This ensures we understand your skin, your goals, and can create a fully customized plan. Consultations are available in-clinic or virtually.

How do I book an appointment?

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site. Our front desk team will be happy to provide directions when you call.

Treatments

What treatments do you offer?

We specialize in CO2 Laser Dermabrasion, Cryogenic Wand Treatments, Broadband Light (BBL) Laser, and Dermal Fillers. We continuously evaluate and add the latest evidence-based aesthetic technologies.

Are your treatments painful?

Comfort is our priority. Most treatments involve minimal discomfort with topical numbing cream applied beforehand. We take the time to ensure every client is comfortable before and during their treatment.

How long do results last?

Results vary by treatment and individual. CO2 laser results typically last 3–5 years with proper maintenance. Fillers last 12–18 months. BBL results are long-lasting with annual maintenance. We'll give you a realistic expectation during your consultation.

Are treatments safe for all skin types?

We treat a wide range of skin tones and types. Certain laser treatments require extra precautions for darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick IV–VI). Your consultation allows us to assess your individual needs and recommend the safest, most effective options.

What is the typical downtime?

Downtime depends on the treatment. CO2 laser: 5–10 days. BBL: 0–3 days (some redness). Cryogenic wand: none. Fillers: 1–3 days (possible minor bruising). We'll prepare you fully before your appointment.

Membership

What are the membership tiers?

We offer three tiers: Blush ($49/mo, 10% off all treatments), Chic ($99/mo, 15% off + 1 monthly treatment credit), and Platinum ($199/mo, 25% off + 2 monthly treatment credits + full concierge service). All tiers auto-renew monthly with no contracts.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel or pause your membership through your online account or by calling us directly. Your benefits remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Do membership discounts stack with promotions?

Member discounts apply to our standard service menu. Seasonal promotions are available exclusively to members and are structured to complement (not duplicate) your existing tier discount.

How is my membership billed?

Membership fees are charged to your card on file each month on your renewal date. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You'll receive an email receipt for each billing cycle.

Safety & Medical

Who performs the treatments?

All treatments are performed or directly supervised by our licensed medical aestheticians and physician oversight team. We never cut corners on qualifications or safety protocols.

Are there conditions that would prevent me from receiving a treatment?

Certain conditions including pregnancy, active skin infections, some autoimmune conditions, and recent use of Accutane may require us to postpone treatment. Your health and safety always come first — we'll review this thoroughly at your consultation.

How is my personal information protected?

We take privacy seriously. Your personal and medical information is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties. We comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations.

What should I do if I have a reaction after treatment?

Contact us immediately at 406-748-6695. We are available to support you through your recovery and can schedule an urgent follow-up if needed. In the event of a severe reaction, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
