Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website or services of San Diego Chic Medical Spa ("San Diego Chic," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

San Diego Chic Medical Spa provides aesthetic medical services including, but not limited to, CO2 laser dermabrasion, cryogenic wand treatments, broadband light (BBL) therapy, and dermal filler injections. All services are performed or supervised by licensed medical professionals in the state of California.

Services are provided for aesthetic and cosmetic purposes only. Nothing on this website or communicated by our staff constitutes medical diagnosis or treatment of disease.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments may be booked by phone at 406-748-6695 or through our online contact form. All appointments are confirmed by our team.
  • Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value.
  • No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

3. Membership Terms

San Diego Chic offers monthly membership plans (Blush, Chic, and Platinum tiers) subject to the following terms:

  • Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly on your enrollment date via the payment method on file. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each renewal.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
  • Monthly Credits: Complimentary treatment credits included with Chic and Platinum memberships expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Discounts: Member discounts apply to standard-priced services at San Diego Chic. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Pausing: Members may request a one-time pause of up to 60 days per calendar year by contacting us directly. Billing resumes automatically after the pause period.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with 30 days written notice to active members.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards processed through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  • Deposits: Certain treatments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, applied toward your service total.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of aesthetic medical services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you are dissatisfied with a service outcome, please contact us within 7 days so we may address your concerns.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a credit card chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in suspension of your account and membership.

5. Medical Disclaimer & Informed Consent

Before receiving any treatment, all clients must:

  • Complete a health history and consent form
  • Disclose all medications, supplements, and medical conditions
  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our staff

Results from aesthetic treatments vary by individual. San Diego Chic makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. All treatments carry inherent risks which will be disclosed during your consultation. By proceeding with any treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and accept these risks.

6. Client Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who:

  • Is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to staff or other clients
  • Provides false or misleading health information
  • Fails to comply with pre- or post-treatment instructions that may affect safety
  • Engages in conduct that disrupts the clinic environment

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of San Diego Chic Medical Spa and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, San Diego Chic Medical Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members or posted prominently on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
